Do you offer refunds or cancellations for tickets?
Ticket refunds follow this structure:
- Full refund: if cancellation is requested at least 10 weeks before the event
- 50% refund: if cancellation is requested between 6 to 10 weeks before the event
- No refund: if cancellation is requested less than 6 weeks before the event
